Nowadays we are using Google Map and Google Assistant in all smartphones. In this whole universe, man is the only person whom God has given his mind and how to use it properly, With this blessings humans have reached today with his own skill and on the strength of his intellect. Humans have made many more inventions such as computers, mobiles, internet, T.V ,etc.

The technology has been developed in such a way that now the humans are using their mind in thinking for making a moving machine, which has the ability to work exactly like humans. This technology is known as Artificial Intelligence(AI).

What is Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

Artificial means a thing that is made by a person and Intelligence means the power of thinking. AI is a part of Computer science, they are developing such machines that can think and work like a humans, when we develop such machines that can think exactly as humans, it is called Artificial intelligence(AI) i.e. when we set such programs in a machine that can work like a human, it is called Artificial Intelligence(AI). Intelligence is a thing that improves within us on its own by seeing something, hearing something, touching something and we can decide that how we should react with that thing, In the same way a intelligence software is developed in the computer system. with the help of which computer system or robotic system is prepared, That functions as the same way in which the human brain works.

Some scientists of computer science had put the design of AI in front of the world. In which they are planning to make such a computer controlled machine or a software that thinks same as the human mind thinks. Humans also want to do thinking, analyzing and remembering things with the help of computers instead of their brains. That is why today, the progress of Artificial Intelligence is being done on a huge scale.

In Computer Science A.I is also known as Machine Learning. Machine learning is a part of AI, which gives the ability to learn, perform and improve things on its own from experience, allowing computers to learn without help of humans. Machine learning focusses on the improvement of PC programs that can get information and gain from it all alone. Just as humans improve their ability from their experience, in the same way in machine learning ,the Computer allows to access such programs of AI to perform better. through which machines can learn from its own. In today's time Python programming language is being used the most for development of AI and Machine learning.

Invention of Artificial Intelligence: -

when humans were discovering the real power of computer systems, then humans forced their brains to think whether a machine can also think like humans?

This question started the development of artificial intelligence(AI). The only purpose behind which was to create such an intelligent machine that is as intelligent as humans and has the ability to think, understand and learn like them.

The term Artificial Intelligence(AI) was first employed by John McCarthy in 1955. He was a computer scientist. Who first told about this technology in a conference in 1956, That is why he is known as the Father of Artificial Intelligence(AI). Artificial intelligence is not a new topic, it is being discussed from many decades ago. The films like Matrix, Robot, Terminator are based on Artificial Intelligence. where it is shown, how a Robot can think and act like humans.

Uses of Artificial Intelligence(AI): -

The popularity of artificial intelligence is increasing with loud noise. And today it has became such a topic that there is a lot of discussion of AI in the field of technology and business. Many scientists and industry analysts believe that AI and machine learning is our future. But if we look around us, we will find that this is not our future, it is the present.

With the development of technology, today we are associated with many AI devices and are also using it. Recently, many companies have spent a lot on AI products, due to which many AI products and apps have became available to us.

So let us tell you about some AI technology available with us today.

1) Apple's Personal Assistant - Siri :-

You must have definitely seen or own the products of Apple company. You must have also heard about its most popular personal assistant Siri. Siri is the best example of AI. With the help of Siri, you can do all the things by voice commands that you used to do before using typing. Such as sending messages, Searching the Internet, Opening an application, Setting a timer, Setting an alarm, etc from Siri without touching the device. You can get it done by saying Hey Siri. Siri uses machine learning to understand your language and speech. However, it is only available on iPhone and iPod.

Other personal Assistant products such as Amazon's Alexa and Android's personal assistant Google Assistant are used to get things done just like Siri.

2) Google Maps :-

Have you ever wondered, how Google manages to give all possible information that you need. Well let me tell you, Google uses the Technology of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Google uses AI in many of its areas. But AI has been used well in Google Maps. Google Maps tracks our location and uses the power of AI in World Map to tell us the right way and help us to tell the right route.

It also helps us to know about the traffic conditions of the route and tells us the best possible route that we should take to reach our destination in short period of time.

3) Amazon's Echo :-

You must have heard about the most popuplar E-Commerce Website, Amazon. From the very first, Amazon has been using the AI technology to give the best experience to their Costumers. Amazon has also launched a revolutionary product called "Echo", It is a AI based device that can answer your questions, read audio books for you, give information about traffic condition and weather reports. And it can also say the score and schedule of any sports.

4) Automobile Sector :-

AI is used not only in Smartphones, but it is also used in the automobile sector. With the help of technology Automobile sector has improved a lot. If you have craze for cars, then you must know about "Tesla cars". This car is one of the best automobiles available till date. Elon Musk (CEO of Tesla Motors ), have Claimed that AI will be much more smarter than Humans .Tesla is a AI Based Electric car which can easily compete with many popular Automobile brands such as Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Lamborghini, Ferrari and many more. After connecting to the Tesla car, features like self-driving, advanced parking systems, Easter Eggs, Auto-raising suspensions, etc. are available in it. Many more self-driving cars are being made like this, which will become smarter in the coming times as well.

5) Manufacturing sector:-

AI is also being used vigorously in the manufacturing industry.

Hundreds of people were needed to do the work earlier. Today the work is done with the help of AI. AI does the work very quickly and with better Accuracy.

AI plays a very vital role in Manufacturing sector for more productivity and for saving money and time.

6) AI in Video Games :-

We also get a glimpse of AI in video games. As in many online games, you have to play on a computer like chess and Ludo.

Apart from this, AI is also used in speech recognition, computer vision, robotics, weather forecasting, health industry and navigation.

Advantages of Artificial Intelligence(AI): -

AI helps us in reducing the chances of error and helps in completing the work with more Accuracy.
Using the help of AI, We can make quick decisions and act to them quickly.
Unlike humans, the machine does not needs to rest and does no requires refreshment. They are capable of working for long hours without getting distracted or tired.
With the help of AI, there can be a big change in the world of defense, health, agriculture and many more sectors.

Disadvantages of Artificial Intelligence(AI): -

The benefits of artificial intelligence are not so much clear yet, but it can be said that the biggest threat of artificial intelligence will come to humans.

AI will work on the place of humans and the machine will start taking decisions on its own. If they are not controlled then it can also be a danger to humans.
Many scientists say that, if in some conditions robots will start thinking that a human is considered as their enemy, then it can be a big threat to mankind.
The development of Artificial Intelligence requires huge cost, because it is a complex machine. Their repairing and maintenance costs are very high.
There is no doubt that machines based on artificial intelligence have taken jobs of many workers. Due to which the problem of unemployment is going to increase even more in the future.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai says: -

"we have learned the use of fire and electricity for the benefit of humanity, but it is necessary to overcome from its bad aspects".

Similarly, Artificial Intelligence(AI) is also such a Technology, that we are using for our advantage in many fields, but the truth is that if we do not find a way to overcome its risks, then it can have serious consequences in future.

Despite of all the benefits of Artificial intelligence(AI), it has its own disadvantages..
